因耕地被中铁十六局建小高层楼房强行霸占而维权。
2016年4月19日，被颍东公安分局以故意毁坏财物罪的罪名刑事拘留，现羁押在阜阳市看守所。
后被判刑1年6个月，2017年10月11获释。
