The superstitions regarding warts, dead cats, and graveyards provide a fascinating look at the folklore of the time. Twain documents these beliefs with a mixture of respect and amusement. For those interested in cultural anthropology or history, these details are a goldmine. Accessing them via a digital text is efficient. A Tom Sawyer PDF allows you to easily reference these specific passages.
